BOOKING POLICYWe try our hardest to adhere to appointment times so as not to keep you waiting. We appreciate your busy schedule as well as understand that sometimes you may not always be able to keep your appointment or that you may sometimes get held up. So as not to inconvenience others by holding an appointment space specifically booked for you, we ask your co-operation in notifying us of any necessary alteration to your booking at least 24 hour’s prior. BOOKING AN APPOINTMENTWhen you book with us you need a current phone number, your name the gift vouchers number or a credit cards details. CANCELLATION FEESAppointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Appointment cancelled with less than 2 hours notice or failing to attend an appointment will result in a 100% cancellation fee. All of the On Cloud Nine packages and bookings over 2 Hours duration require a 50% deposit to confirm a reservation. DAY SPA MANNERTo ensure that all guests of the day spa enjoy the peaceful and relaxing environment, we respectfully request that all guests keep the noise to a minimum. Mobile phones, pagers or any other electronic devices are not suitable for this environment, it will distract you while you are trying to relax and unwind from every day stresses.

APPOINTMENTSWe recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for any of our spa treatments. This allows enough time to check in, to fill out one of the client information forms and relax. YOUR HEALTHWe request that you disclose any medical condition or prescription medication you are taking, as some services may be contra-indicated. For Females that are 8 to 9 months and 3 months or less pregnant, you must tell the therapist. REBOOKINGAfter your treatment if you rebook with us you will reserve 10% off, but not with any other specials and gift vouchers. BY APPOINTMENTSThere is a 30% price increase of the total price of appointment on Sundays and there is a 10% price increase of the total on Mondays. SPA TREATMENTSIf having a Spa Treatment without a voucher or package it‘s $20.00 each person, that covers the water for the spa, shower and cleaning of the robes and towels and spa products. |
REFUNDSProducts, Gift Vouchers, Day Spa Packages, Massage Treatment & Beauty Treatments. Are non refundable. GIFT VOUCHERSGift Vouchers are NOT to be used with any other specials. When you book your treatment/s you must quote the number on the back of the voucher or from net booking voucher you have to quote the date purchase, the voucher number and the validation number. If you are unable to come, to your scheduled appointment you must give us MORE the 24 hours notice. you will incur a 50% cancellation fee, if your appointment is cancelled, less then 2 hours notice or failed to make your appointment it will result in a 100% cancellation fee and thee gift voucher will no longer be valid. Gift vouchers ARE NOT valid after the expire date. For any LOST VOUCHERS we do not validate them. PAYMENT OPTIONSAll major credit cards are accepted, (there is a 3% bank charge to use your credit cards). HEALTH FUND APPROVEDWe are accredited with most of the small and leading health funds for Private Health fund users.
